  • Do you accept insurance?

    Currently, we do not accept insurance. However, you may pay for our services using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) cards.

  • Do you offer in person visits or only telehealth?

    Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual consultations for your convenience. Virtual sessions are conducted via our patient portal.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We request a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $50 fee.

  • What is functional nutrition?

    Functional nutrition is a personalized, holistic approach that focuses on the root causes of health issues. It looks at the whole person—body, spirit ,mind, and lifestyle—to create tailored nutritional strategies that support optimal health.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments via credit card, debit card, FSA, PayPal, Venmo, and bank transfer. Payment is required before the time of service.

  • Can you help with specific health conditions (e.g., diabetes, digestive issues)?

    Absolutely! Our approach is focused on functional nutrition, which means we create tailored nutrition strategies for managing specific health concerns like diabetes type 2/pre-diabetes, digestive issues, food allergies and gut health.
